Students and New Graduates
The Winnipeg Health Region hosts hundreds of students on work experiences each year including students studying in health care and non-health care programs. Besides helping to train tomorrow’s doctors, nurses and allied health professionals, the Winnipeg Health Region contributes to the education and training of trades people, communications professionals, administrative assistants, accountants, graduate students, information technology professionals and many other learners. For the most part, educational institutions arrange student placements in our facilities.
